Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any air conditioning installation, maintenance or repair work carried out by SNJ Electrical Services ("we", "us", "our") for a customer ("you").

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices are based on the information available at the time of quoting and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once work has started.

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property at the agreed appointment time. If access cannot be provided, we reserve the right to rearrange the appointment.

Workmanship

All installation, maintenance and repair work is carried out to a professional standard by a qualified electrician. Any manufacturer warranty on equipment supplied is passed on to you in line with the manufacturer's terms.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting. Full payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Liability

We take reasonable care to protect your property while carrying out work. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage unrelated to the work carried out.
